Absolutely!

Customization is at the heart of Myree’s Treats. Depending on your selected package, you can customize details such as:

• Chocolate colors

Can I send an inspiration photo?

Yes!

We encourage you to upload inspiration photos when completing your customization form. You can send photos of:

• Invitations

• Decorations

• Color palettes

• Cakes

• Party themes

• Pinterest or social media inspiration

• Logos

• Specific treat designs

Inspiration photos help us better understand the look and feel you're envisioning.

Please note: Inspiration photos are used as a reference. Designs may be recreated in our own artistic style based on the materials and techniques available to us.

How do I place an order?

Our ordering process is simple:

1. Shop: Select your  treats or package and click purchase. If you desire to add to your package you will have the option to add to your order after cicking purchase during checkout.

2. Pay: Complete your purchase securely online.

3. Customize: After payment, complete your customization form with your event details, color choices, design preferences, and inspiration photos.

4. We Create : We'll use your selections to create your custom treats.

5. Pickup: Your completed order will be ready for pickup at your scheduled pickup time.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is required at the time your order is placed.

Your order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Can I request a completely custom design?

Yes!

If you have a specific vision that isn't represented in our collections, we'd love to hear about it.

Please provide as much detail as possible and upload inspiration photos through the customization form. Some highly detailed or specialty designs may require an additional customization fee.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order 2 weeks before your event.

Orders are accepted based on availability, so we encourage you to order as early as possible.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule.

Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability. Additional rush fees may apply.

Do you offer shipping?

Not at this time.

Myree’s Treats currently offers pickup only.

We are working toward expanding our services in the future, including shipping options for select treats.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup details, including the pickup location and scheduled pickup time, will be provided with your order confirmation.

Please arrive during your designated pickup window so we can ensure a smooth handoff.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is not currently included with our standard ordering options.

If delivery becomes available for your area, details and applicable fees will be announced separately.

What happens if I'm late picking up my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. Contact details will be provided upon order receipt

Because our treats are freshly prepared and may be temperature-sensitive, timely pickup is important for maintaining their quality and presentation.

How should I store my treats?

Storage recommendations may vary depending on the type of treat and decorations.

Your order may include specific storage instructions. In general, treats should be kept in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Avoid leaving chocolate-covered treats in a hot vehicle.

Will the chocolate melt?

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warm weather, we recommend transporting your treats in an air-conditioned vehicle and keeping them out of direct sunlight and excessive heat. Once picked up, the customer is responsible for proper transportation and storage.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Our treats may be prepared in an environment where common allergens are present.

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary concerns before placing your order.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that our treats are completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

Can I choose cake pop flavors?

Cake pop flavors and fillings may vary based on our current offerings.

Available flavor options will be displayed when ordering or may be discussed during the customization process.

Do you offer individual packaging?

Yes!

Individual packaging may be available depending on the treat and package selected.

Packaging options may include:

• Individual wrapping

Do you make treats for weddings and large events?

Absolutely!

We welcome custom orders for:

• Weddings

• Bridal Showers

• Baby Showers

• Birthdays

• Graduations

• Church Events

• Corporate Events

• Holiday Celebrations

• Party Favors

• Special Events

For larger orders, 6 dozen or greater, please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Can I order treats for a business or corporate event?

Yes!

Custom corporate and branded orders may be available, including personalized colors, logos, packaging, and gift presentations.

Please contact us for larger corporate orders or special requests.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Because our treats are custom-made specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please review your order and customization selections carefully before submitting them. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

Are deposits required?

For standard online orders, full payment is required at checkout.

Special event or custom orders may have different payment requirements. If applicable, those terms will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes!

After completing your purchase, you will receive confirmation of your payment and order.

You will then be directed to complete your customization information so we can begin designing your treats.

What happens after I submit my customization form?

Once we receive your customization form, we'll review:

• Your event details

• Treat selections

• Colors

• Theme

• Decorations

• Packaging

• Inspiration photos

• Special instructions

If we need clarification about your design, we'll contact you before beginning production at the contact information provided on the form.

What if I don't know exactly what I want?

That's okay!

You don't have to have everything figured out. You can provide your event colors, theme, invitation, or a few inspiration photos, and we'll use your vision as a starting point.

Will my treats look exactly like my inspiration photo?

We will use your inspiration photos to understand your desired style, colors, and overall aesthetic.

Because each creation is handcrafted, there may be slight differences between the inspiration image and the finished product.

This is part of the beauty of a custom creation!

Can I order from my phone?

Yes!

Our website is designed to make browsing, ordering, and completing your customization form convenient from your phone, tablet, or computer.
